Terms & Conditions of Sale

These Terms & Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern all purchases made from TrueLabs through our website or associated sales channels. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not place an order.

1. About TrueLabs

TrueLabs supplies products intended strictly for research purposes only.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age in your jurisdiction)

• You have legal capacity to enter into a contract

• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

• You understand the intended purpose and restrictions of the products purchased

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion where lawful.

3. Research Use Only

All products sold by TrueLabs are supplied strictly for research, laboratory, analytical, or educational purposes only, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Products are not sold for human consumption, therapeutic use, veterinary use, or medical treatment.

You are solely responsible for lawful and appropriate handling, storage, and use.

4. Product Information

We aim to ensure product descriptions, images, specifications, and availability are accurate. However:

• Images may be illustrative only

• Packaging may change without notice

• Minor description errors may occur

• Stock availability may change at any time

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.

5. Orders & Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when we accept and process your order.

We may reject, delay, or cancel orders for reasons including:

• Payment failure

• Suspected fraud or abuse

• Incorrect pricing or listing errors

• Stock shortages

• Legal or regulatory concerns

• Shipping restrictions

If payment was captured for a cancelled order, a refund may be issued for that cancelled transaction.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency unless otherwise stated.

You agree to pay:

• Product price at checkout

• Applicable shipping fees

• Any taxes, duties, or charges where relevant

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full card details.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We dispatch orders to the address supplied at checkout.

Customer Responsibilities

You must ensure:

• Shipping details are accurate

• Delivery can be accepted at the nominated address

• Local import laws permit receipt of the order

Delivery Timeframes

Any shipping estimates are indicative only and not guaranteed.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

• Carriers

• Customs

• Weather

• Incorrect addresses

• External disruptions

8. Risk & Title

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery or when made available by the carrier.

Title to goods passes once payment has been received in full, subject to applicable law.

9. No Returns

Due to the consumable and sensitive nature of products, we do not accept returns except where required by law.

This includes opened or unopened products.

10. Refunds & Reshipments

General Rule

All sales are final unless otherwise required by law.

Delivery Issues

Where an order has not been delivered:

• At least 14 days must pass from shipment date

• We may investigate with the carrier

• If there is no confirmed delivery event or carrier response, we may, at our sole discretion, provide one (1) complimentary reshipment

Refunds are not provided in place of discretionary reshipment unless required by law.

11. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other non-excludable consumer protections.

Where goods fail to meet guarantees that legally apply, you may be entitled to a remedy as provided by law.

12. Product Handling & Storage

You are responsible for:

• Safe storage after delivery

• Appropriate environmental controls where required

• Lawful handling and use

• Following any supplied instructions

We are not responsible for degradation or damage after delivery caused by improper storage or misuse.

13. Account Use

If you create an account, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining password confidentiality

• Restricting access to your account

• All activity occurring under your login

Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access.

14. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Use products unlawfully

• Misrepresent the intended purpose of products

• Attempt fraud, chargeback abuse, or deception

• Interfere with website security or operations

We may suspend accounts and refuse future orders where lawful.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We exclude liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss

• We are not liable for loss arising from misuse, unlawful use, or improper storage

• Our total liability for a valid claim is limited to the purchase price of the affected goods or replacement, where lawful

Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters

• Carrier disruption

• Government actions

• Cyber incidents

• Supply chain interruption

17. Privacy

Your use of our website and purchases are also governed by our Privacy Policy.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions apply from the effective date published on this page.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in South Australia, Australia, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
